Lorrie Ruiz joined CLC in 2017 with 16 years of experience in the public sector at the Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) as the Director of Facilities Planning. Her area of expertise spans long range planning and developer school planning/mitigation negotiation through site acquisition and project audits. While at IUSD, Lorrie was successful in the site acquisition, planning, and state funding of 14 new schools, including a comprehensive new high school, several campus additions, and 11 modernizations. These projects represent over $1 billion in capital program costs. She also played a pivotal role in the passage and implementation of IUSD's $319 million Measure E local bond program, which is now in its first phase of construction. Prior to IUSD, she served Ruhnau Ruhnau Clarke Architects as an Educational Facilities Coordinator, assisting school districts in their pursuit of state funding. Lorrie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from California State University, Fullerton, and she is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Corinne founded CLC in 2000, providing planning and funding services to public school districts. Corinne provides expertise in all facets of K-12 school districts facilities planning and funding. She is a seasoned professional with over 30 years experience in public K-12 school facilities. She has served in the planning departments of the Cities of Irvine and Anaheim, and the Irvine Unified School District. Corinne Loskot holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Ecology (Environmental Analysis and Planning) from the University of California, Irvine. Her skills and qualifications cover the complex and ever changing steps of master planning through project implementation for new, expanded and modernized schools.

From 1987 to 2000, she managed the Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) facilities planning department, securing more than $110 million in capital financing from California's State Facilities Programs. At IUSD, she oversaw the siting, planning, design and funding of new schools, additions, modernizations, school closures and site disposition. The challenges of achieving stakeholder consensus and the pursuit of funding for irregular projects in a unpredictable state program have become Corinne's enduring asset. She worked closely with the City of Irvine and The Irvine Company and was involved in the reuse process for two conversions of military bases to civilian use. Corinne Loskot formed Corinne Loskot Consulting, Inc., in 2000 to serve the planning and state facilities grant funding needs of public school districts throughout California since 2000. Corinne has served her community as a Trabuco Canyon Water District Director and Girl Scout leader. She is a native Californian residing with her husband in Trabuco Canyon, CA. For fun, she mentors others in personal finance and business, kayaks, hikes and travels and occasionally plays with paint.
